Central Square, N.Y - Oswego County Sheriff’s are looking for the public's help in finding a man who has been seen trying to lure children to him. Twice the suspect was reported in the Roxbury Estates Mobile Home Park on Route 11 in Central Square.
Witnesses say he tied to lure the children to him by offering them $20.
He has been partially nude or completely nude when this happens.
The suspect drives a 2017 or earlier model Chevrolet Equinox, silver in color with New York Excelsior license plates.
