Syracuse Police Make Arrest In Fatal Shooting Near Armory Square

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have made an arrest in the shooting over the weekend that killed one and injured 4 near Armory Square

Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office has confirmed that 23 year old Brandon Rolf has been arrested in connection to the shooting.

Saturday morning just after midnight an argument broke out and suddenly shots were fired. 5 people were hit, 24 year old Akok Lual, of Syracuse, died from his wounds. The other 4 are expected to be ok.

Rolfe is being charged with second-degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon and four counts of second-degree attempted murder according to the DA's office.
