Woman Arrested After Crashing Car Into Pond In Clay

A Syracuse woman is facing charges after crashing into a retention pond.

State Troopers say Tanya Doyle was driving on Route 31 Saturday night when she lost control and drove into a pond in the Town of Clay. Troopers arrived to find the car fully submerged underwater. Doyle was found to be under the influence of drugs at the time of the crash.
