City Of Oswego Submits Their Police Reform Plan To NY

Oswego, N.Y. - The City of Oswego's Police Reform and reinvention plan has received unanimous, bi-partisan support and approval from the Oswego Common Council.

Oswego Mayor Billy Barlow, says they will now submit the plan to New York State.

This comes about after a June 12 executive order from Gov. Cuomo, requiring that every law enforcement agency should adopt a police reform plan by April 1.

Syracuse has not submitted their plan to the state as of yet. The draft of the plan was recently presented to the common council.
