22nd Congressional District Race Heads Back To Court Today

Oswego, N.Y. - A State Supreme Court judge is expected to review ballots from the ongoing 22nd Congressional District race this week.

Currently, Republican Claudia Tenney has a 29 vote lead over incumbent Democrat Anthony Brindisi in a battle that's continued well past Election Day.

Lawyers for each candidate have been arguing over things like votes that were cast at the wrong place and some ballots that weren't signed. There's still no word on when an official winner will be declared.
