Canastota, N.Y. - The body of the missing woman in Canastota that was found Sunday morning has now been identified as that of 19-year-old mother Elizabeth Garrow.
Madison County Sheriff Todd Hood said that the medical examiner has ruled Garrow's death a homicide and that her body was found with multiple stab wounds.
Garrow initially went missing last Wednesday.
A four-day search ended when a road deputy found her body off of North Main Street, less than half a mile rom where she was last seen Wednesday.
