Even though there's no New York State Fair this year, work on a major attraction is still underway.
The traditional 800-lb butter sculpture will be unveiled on the American Dairy Association North East's Facebook page at 10 am on September 1st. As usual, the theme of the sculpture is under wraps until it officially debuts.
