UPDATE: Starting tomorrow Centro is temporarily waiving fares for bus services in all locations until further notice. This also includes Call-A-Bus services.
Passengers are required to enter and exit the buses through the rear doors when possible, to help protect their drvers.
Syracuse, N.Y. - The Syracuse and Utica Transit Hubs and Centro Call Center have been closed until further notice.
Centro says that the closure will not effect bus operations, as buses will still operate in and out of bus bays in each facility.
The change means that customers will no longer have access to the buildings in either location, including restrooms or ticket machines.

Customers who need to purchase Ride Passes must do so at Centro’s Online Store or at participating vendor locations.
