Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police are now investigating what has turned into a homicide.
Christmas Eve they responded to a shoot fired call in the 200 block of Turtle Street. hye found a 30 year old Donjuante Anderson, with a gun shot wound to his upper body. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition, but police say he has since died.
