Phoenix, N.Y. - A Phoenix man was rushed to the hospital last night after being burned in a house fire at 14 Jay Lane in the village.
47 year old Thomas Stobart suffered burns to his arms and hands after a fire started in his kitchen right around dinner time which made it more difficult to get man power to battle the blaze
Ten fire departments were called to help put out the fire.
A woman was also home at the time. She was not injured.
No word on Stobart's condition and the cause is still under investigation.
