A former CNY medical business manager is heading to jail after stealing thousands of dollars' worth of medical supplies for his own profit.
Michael Letizia of Camillus pled guilty to grand larceny earlier this month after it was discovered that he sold over $50K in x-ray film, which contains silver, and kept most of the profits. Letizia has already paid back some of the $50K, and is expected to pay off the rest during his 5-year probation. He is scheduled to spend 4 months' worth of weekends in jail.
