Syracuse, N.Y. - New York State Police have arrested the person responsible for the bomb threat last weeked that cleared out shopping town Mall.
Police alledge that 31 year old Moriah Watkins, sent a text message to herself and two of her co-workers that said a bomb was in the building.
Police searched and found nothing.
An investigation into a third party texting app that was used to send the threatening text, lead to Watkins.
Watkins has been charged with falsely reporting an incident and making a false written statement
