Court Date For Oswego County Man Accused Of Animal Abuse

Albion, N.Y. - An Oswego County man accused of starving a dog to death last winter is due in court this morning.

State Police say that they found three dogs caged in crates living in squalor at a property owned by Anthony Scott in February. Police say that Scott led officers to a dead dog that was left in a garbage bag outside of the home. Scott claimed that animal had stopped eating and he didn't have the money to take it to the vet. He's surrendered the three other dogs
