Lawyers For Limo Company Think Accident May Have Been An Act Of God

Albany, N.Y. - Lawyers for the operators of that limo that crashed and killed 20 people, in Schoharie, is attempting to blame others..

Lawyers for Prestige Limo's owner Shahed Hussain and his son Nauman said in arguments that the accident could have been an act of God. They also seemed to blame the victms for not wearing seat belts.

The statements were in response to a lawsuit by the victims family members that claims the operators kept the limo on the road after it failed inspection for brake problems and other issues.

The National Transportation Safety Board have not released an official cause to the Oct. 6 crash.
