Syracuse, N.Y. - A 13-year-old has been arraigned in connection with the shooting death of a 14-year-old girl:
Mya Killeen was shot last week inside an apartment on Ballantyne Road. The boy was arraigned in Family Court yesterday on manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon charges. The boys name is being withheld because of his age.
Police are still investigating where the children got the gun.
