Man Accused Of Double Homicide In Waterloo Found Guilty

Waterloo, N.Y. - A jury has found Emerson Tohafjian, the man arrested in the double murder in Waterloo guilty. 

In July Tohafjian ambushed, shot and killed his ex-girlfriend Lori McConnell and Charlie Andrus, he also injured another woman who survived. 

State Troopers tracked him down and found him at a campground in Phelps. 

Before the shooting in Waterloo, Tohafjian had been arrested twice for acts of violence against McConnell. Both times, courts issued orders of protection which Tohafjian violated.  He now faces life in prison for the case.
