Syracuse, N.Y. - A 19-year-old has been stabbed to death on Syracuse's Northside.
Syracuse Police say that 19-year-old Christopher Hickey was arguing with someone, just before 1:00 a.m. Saturday on North State Street, when he was stabbed in the chest.
Police say that Hickey knew the person that he was arguing with and they are trying to track that person down. This is the 16th homicide in Syracuse this year.
