Marcellus, N.Y. - Folks in CNY are waking up in the dark this morning.
NYSEG is reporting that 2,200 customers in Spafford, Marcellus, and Otisco are without power.
Crews have been working on it for several hours and say they hope to get the lights back on this morning.
An online outage map for the utility says the power is expected to be restored by 8:00 a.m.
