Onondaga County's Warrant Squad is on the hunt for a man with a long criminal history who has violated an order of protection.
Sheriff's deputies say James Farr had illegal contact with a former girlfriend two years ago. She had the protection order issued against Farr. When he couldn't be located, a warrant was issued for Farr. He's been arrested 15 times on a number of charges. Eight of them are felonies, and three are violent felonies.
