Oneida County Sheriff’s arrested a Town of Frankfort man for having sexual contact with a child.
36 year old Joseph M. Dragotta, was arrested for having sexual contact with a female child under the age of 13 while in the City of Utica.
Dragotta was arrested for Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree, a Class B Felony. Dragotta was arraigned at the Centralized Arraignment Court and was sent to the Oneida County Correctional Facility on $50,000 cash bail.
The investigation is ongoing and more charges are possible.
