Police arrested an Oswego County teacher on a child endangerment charge. Officials say 48-year-old Joseph Pappa, a teacher in the Altmar-Parish-Williamstown School District sent an inappropriate Facebook message to a 16-year-old female student. Police aren't saying what was in that message. Pappa is suspended from his job and is due back in court later this month.
