Sunday around 1:40 p.m. 26 year old Joshua J. Johnston, 26, of 2081 CR 1, Lot 4, Oswego, NY was arrested for Assault.
Oswego Sheriffs investigated an incident in the town of Scriba where allegedly Johnston, stabbed the victim in the neck with a knife then stole the victim's vehicle.
Johnston is being charged with the following:
- Assualt 1st degree, a class B felony.
- Robbery, 1st degree, a class B felony.
- Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony.
- Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Mr. Johnston was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond with a return to court on 6/7/18.
