Syracuse, N.Y. - A lawsuit is moving forward against Feher Rubbish Removal; who abruptly shut down operations earlier this month.
Solvay Bank filed a lawsuit claiming that Feher owes them, State Department of Labor, American Express and OCRRA, nearly $3 million.
A State Supreme Court judge, yesterday, approved turning Feher's assets over to a receiver. The receiver will tally and then sell Feher's assets until the debt is paid.
