Student Arrested For Making Terroristic Threat

The Onondaga County Sheriff’s have charged an 18- year-old student after allegedly threatening school violence.

This afternoon, a School Resource Officer assigned to the Cicero-North Syracuse High School received information from concerned students about a potential school shooting after a classmate made statements to carry out acts of violence against the students and staff at the school.

As a result of the investigation, deputies charged Cameron Mott (18) of North Syracuse, with making a terroristic threat.

The school district has also taken appropriate disciplinary action.
