Fulton, N.Y. - State Police are bringing more charges against a 36-year-old Fulton Man accused of Sexually Abusing a child younger than 11-years-old.
Daniel Pyne Jr is accused by Troopers of performing oral sex with a Fulton child.
Pyne was initially arrested and charged in June for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child, and Criminal Sexual Act. On Wednesday Police charged him with Criminal Sexual Act 1st degree and Sexual Abuse.
He is being held on $5,000 bail in the Oswego County Jail.
