Salina, N.Y. - State Police are arresting a Cicero man for pulling a gun out, while behind the wheel, during a road rage incident last week.
Rosario Morina was arrested over the weekend. Troopers say that on Tuesday afternoon Morina was driving on 81 in Salina when another driver reported that he has displayed a firearm. He's charged with a pair of misdemeanors.
He's scheduled to appear at the Salina Town Court on Wednesday.
