Utica Police have arrested a woman on prostitution and drug charges. The department's Special investigations Unit conducted a lengthy investigation into criminal activity occuring in a residential area of North Utica.
During the course of their investigation, they arrested 33 year old Crystallee Ortiz and they charged her with Prostitution and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was caught with a quantity of heroin and cocaine.
