Geddes, N.Y. - The American Dairy Association has chose to honor the New York State Police with this year's butter sculpture at the Great New York State Fair.
'Dairy Farmers Tribute to New York State Troopers' honors the 100th Anniversary of the State Police.
The sculpture features three Troopers, a calf, and a a young boy drinking a glass of milk.
