Salina Man Arrested After Shooting Video Up A Woman's Dress

Clay, N.Y. – An 18-year-old from Salina has been arrested after Sheriff's Deputies say he followed a woman around Wegmans taking pictures up her skirt.

Nicholas Cerio was at the store on Oswego Road in Clay on Aug. 1. That is when deputies say that he used his cell phone to record video footage up the woman's dress.  The woman, aware of what had happened, contacted Wegmans Customer Service; who then reached out to law enforcement, who launched an investigation.

Cerio is charged with felony unlawful surveillance and has been released from jail.
