Pedestrian Mowed Down In The Town Of Onondaga

Onondaga County Sheriffs Deputies are looking for a hit and run driver who mowed down a pedestrian this afternoon.

Deputies say the hit and run occurred on McDonald Road in the Town of Onondaga. The adult female victim was walking down the shoulder of the road when she was struck by a car from behind. When police arrived, they found the woman with significant injuries and she's now listed in serious condition.

Deputies say the suspect vehicle should have noticeable damage to it's front passenger side and they're looking for anyone who may have witnessed the incident.
