An Oneida County babysitter is now charged with raping a young boy she was taking care of.
18 year old Jean Marie Foster has been charged with rape after an incident that occurred back in February. Police say Foster was babysitting a 12 year old boy in her Taberg home when the rape occurred.
Foster is now being held on $25,000 bail. Police say anyone who may have more information on Foster they would appreciate a phone call, and they say additional charges are pending in the case.
