Top Ten Fugitive Wanted In Oneida County Is Captured

A Top Ten fugitive wanted in Oneida County has been arrested in Montana after he applied for a fishing license there.66 year old Jeffrey Mitchell, who was number eight on the list, has been wanted since 2005 for two outstanding warrants for Driving While Intoxicated.

Sheriffs Deputies say they developed information from officials in Cascade County, Montana, that Mitchell had recently applied for a fishing license there and provided county officials with his home address. Police in Montana tracked Mitchell down and took him into custody. Mitchell arrived back in Oneida County this morning.
