LeRay, N.Y. - A Fort Drum Soldier accused of murdering his wife and a State Police Officer Sunday night is now facing charges of first and second-degree murder.
Justin Walters is accused of murdering his wife, Nichole, in a domestic dispute at their Theresa home and then turned his gun on the State Police Officer that responded to the domestic call -- Trooper Joel Davis.
Walters was arraigned on first and second-degree murder charges in the Town of LeRay Court. Walters will be back in court later Monday with an attorney.
