An Oswego County man has been arrested after he allowed a young child to wander the streets.
31 year old Shane Goncalves of Pennellville has been charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child after sheriffs deputies say he fell asleep and his four year old child decided to walk out the front door and wander the streets.
The child was found by a neighbor walking on the side of the road and was outside along for about 20 minutes. Sheriffs Deputies says they've had issues with Goncalves and his wife for sometime and that Child Protective Services is now conducting an investigating.
