An elderly Oneida County man has been arrested on sex charges.
Sheriffs Deputies 70 year old Arthur Treen of Floyd has been nabbed after having sexual contact with a child. Police say the female victim was under the age of 13. Treen has been charged with Sexual Abuse in the First Degree.
Treen was arraigned on the charges in New York Mills and he's being held without bail in the county jail. The victim has now been offered counseling services.
