A Utica man has been arrested on Stalking charges.City police say they've received several complaints from a female victim stating that a man who was not known to her and his repeated action made her fear for her safety.
The victim was able to give police a description of the suspect and he was located a short time later.He's identified as 36 year old DeWayne Denis. He's been charged with 4th Degree Stalking. Denis was also arrested on a separate investigation for Patronizing a Prostitute. The police say he engaged in activity where he agreed with an undercover police officer to exchange money for sex.
