An Oswego County woman has been charged with Aggravated DWI after she was caught driving drunk with a child in her car.
33 year old Ashley Freebern of Fulton was involved in an accident on Lincoln Avenue in the Town of Mexico when she ran into a mailbox and a utility pole.Sheriffs Deputies say Freebern then left the scene of the accident before police caught up with her.
Aside from the DWI charge, Freebern is also charged with Operating a Vehicle Impaired by drugs.Fortunately, the child was not hurt.
