Oswego County Sheriffs Deputies have arrested two Hastings residents and have charged him with Criminal Trespass.
28 year old Eric Hart and 33 year old Julie Hart was nabbed after police investigated an incident that occurred in the Town of Palermo where they allegedly moved their belongings into a residence that did not belong to them.
Both suspects will answer to the charge in June.
