The Chobani yogurt company is suing Info Wars' Alex Jones for defamation. ABC News reports that this week the company headquartered in Central New York claimed Jones staff members made false and harmful allegations against their founder. The suit stems from an InfoWars report that associates Chobani's custom of hiring immigrants at its Idaho plant with what Chobani says is an unrelated rape case involving an immigrant.
