A Rome man has been arrested for sexually abusing a young child.Oneida County Sheriffs Deputies says the abuse took place this month in Rome.
18 year old Anthony Breton has been charged after an extensive investigation. Breton has been charged with Sexual Misconduct, Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.Investigators say additional charges may be pending in the case.
The juvenile victim is now being offered counseling through the Oneida County Advocacy Center.
