The Great Northern Mall in Clay is under new ownership. Yesterday, it was announced that a Long Island investment firm bought the mall. The owner of the investment firm said they want to re-tenant the mall to reach out to the community. Security staff at the mall is being let go as the new owner said management will provide its own security.
