New York's nanotechnology initiative has proven to be a good thing.

The response to a nanotechnology job fair in the Utica area tomorrow has been so great that organizers had to cut off registrations and promise to schedule a second fair.  The Nano Utica Job Fair is being hosted by SUNY IT in Marcy, and acting president Bob Geer says the response has been gratifying and has underscored the decision by Governor Andrew Cuomo to launch the nanotechnology program.

Geer says anyone who's already registered for the original job fair tomorrow can still attend.  He says they will schedule a second job fair in the months to come.
