Time Warner Cable has launched a new training facility that will help new technicians better prepare to work with customer.

Officials say the training facility is essentially a home that will pose the kind of "real-world" installation and service challenges the company's technicians face every day.  Training sessions will include facilitators that will answer the door as customers, and the home includes both Time Warner products and services, along with other home entertainment technology that homeowners often have.

The new facility in Clay is the first of its kind in the Northeast, and the third built on the East Coast.
