A Syracuse woman turned the tables on a pair of robbers intent on stealing from her.

Syracuse police say the woman was walking to work on West Jefferson when she was grabbed from behind.  A white male threw her to the ground and punched her several times, demanding her money.  That's when the woman pulled out a knife she carried for protection and swung it at the man and his female accomplice.  The pair then fled empty handed toward the Museum of Science and Technology.  Police say the victim received only minor injuries from the attack.
