Oneida County Sheriff's deputies tell us that the fatal accident happened on Judd Road in Whitestown. A Rome woman struck a deer, which was thrown in the air and into a vehicle driven by Karen Liles. The deer crashed through the windshield and struck Liles, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Her passenger was shaken up but not injured.
