A Fulton woman has been twice arrested in a week's time for theft and using heroin near her children.

Fulton police say Melissa Ives stole several books of collectible coins from the house she lived in with her two children, both younger than 9.  A few weeks later, she sold them to a jeweler.  Last week, Ives was caught with paraphernalia used with heroin and charged with drug and child endangerment offenses.  A few days later, the coin theft caught up with her, and Ives was charged with larceny.  She's in court on Thursday to answer the charges
