Fulton police caught a man with cocaine in his possession after he urinated in the presence of an officer.
Police say Michael Myers of Fulton was observed by a an officer urinating in front of a convenience store and placed him under arrest. A search of Myers found four baggies that was determined to have cocaine in them. Myers was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, and disorderly conduct. He was sent to the Oswego County Public Safety Center without bail.
