Syracuse, N.Y. – City Police have charged a 23-year-old city resident in connection to a murder in Nov. 2012.

Jerami Lozada is charged with second-degree murder and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon in connection to the death of Andrew Doyle.

Police say Lozada killed Doyle after he refused to allow him into an apartment building on James Street. Lozada was attempting to collect on a drug debt unrelated to Doyle.
